Service Description
A professional root colour service to refresh regrowth, cover greys and blend your roots seamlessly with your existing hair colour. Root regrowth should be no more than 1 inch. Regrowth longer than 1 inch will be charged as a Full Head Colour service. Add on hair cut: Short Hair — £15 Medium Hair — £18 Long Hair — £20 Extra Long Hair — £22 Patch Test Required A patch test is required at least 48 hours before all hair colour services. If you are booking any colour treatment, highlights, toner or keratin treatment, you must book a Hair Consultation & Patch Test before your appointment. Your treatment cannot go ahead without a valid patch test completed at least 48 hours beforehand.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a cancellation charge. If a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit may be required to rebook. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
