Service Description

A consultation is recommended before booking hair colouring, highlights, balayage or a major colour change. During your consultation, we will assess your hair condition, current colour and colour history, discuss your desired result and recommend the most suitable service. Where required, a skin/patch test and strand test will be carried out before your colour appointment. We will also discuss the expected result, maintenance and provide an estimated price based on your hair length, thickness and the work required.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a cancellation charge. If a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit may be required to rebook. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
