Service Description

A consultation is required before booking Permanent Makeup, Laser Tattoo Removal. During your consultation, we will discuss the treatment, your desired results, assess the treatment area and check your suitability. A patch test will be carried out before these treatments. For Permanent Makeup, we will discuss your desired brow shape, colour and expected results. You will also receive information about pre-treatment preparation, aftercare, expected results and the recommended treatment plan before proceeding with your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a cancellation charge. If a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit may be required to rebook. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
