Service Description

A consultation is required before booking your hair extension fitting. During your consultation, we will assess your natural hair, discuss your desired length, volume, colour and overall look, and recommend the most suitable extension method and amount of hair required. The consultation fee is **£10**, which will be deducted from the cost of your service if you proceed with your booking. A **deposit will be required to order the hair and secure your fitting appointment**.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a cancellation charge. If a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit may be required to rebook. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
